What's the difference between a BDWAB bought online vs in-person at a market?

A blind date with a book bought from www.capuletbookshop.com comes with bonus goodies - stickers, bookmarks, a pencil, and a bag of tea. At a market, you’ll get the blind date as is, but you get the bonus goodie of meeting us!

I'm worried that I'll get a book that I've read before. What do I do?

To ensure this doesn’t happen, following your order, please send an email to capuletbookshop@gmail.com with a link to your Goodreads, a picture of your bookshelf, a screenshot of your Kindle library, or whatever you think will help. Make sure to put your order number in the subject of your email.

How do I return something to Capulet Bookshop?

Please email capuletbookshop@gmail.com. Please put the words "Return Request" in the subject line, so we're sure to see it as soon as possible and get in touch with instructions. (Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.)

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 business days after the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

Returns can be made for a refund or exchange of same item value, UNLESS you have ordered a Blind Date with a Book. Blind Dates with a Book may only be exchanged for another book if you have received a book you have already previously read. Please see Exceptions for more details.

For items bought from an in-person market...

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 business days after the date you purchase your item to bring it in for a return. Please let us know which market you purchased your item, and if applicable what number is on the back of your Blind Date with a Book.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like face masks, perishable goods, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). If returned items appear to have been used during the return process, there is no guarantee for a return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We also do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
